Had our first company ‘low yee sang’ together on Valentines lunch *smiles* Souled out café was packed!!… & guess what?! we had lunch with MAYA KARIN!…yup, Channel V’s vj. She loss weight, but still look hot! *smiles* She’s friendly, & her sweet smile…I’ll definitely fall for her if I’m a guy. *laughs* how mesmerizing… Valentines lunch with hot vj, well it was really memorable.. *winks*
Few of us shared our Valentines memories (among the ladies)…then we asked Haili (new colleague) to share how her husband proposed to her. So she shared…suspend sungguh…why I said that?, read more, you’ll feel so *AWWW* about it… *smiles*
Haili & her husband knew each other since her 1st year uni in Australia. She’s from Msia & her boyfriend(during that time) is from Indonesia. They have been studied together, gone through thick & thin for 5years. Everything was so smooth until……………………………..their graduation. Both parents came from respective hometown to attend their children’s graduation. The relationship was in low profile for 5years. But somehow their parents knew something between them but just that didn’t say much.
After the graduation, She needs come back to Msia with parents & so does her boyfriend. Both never talk to each other during the journey to airport. Only parents talk among themselves. Once arrived at the airport, both just look at each other but just don’t know what to say. She wants to hug him & tell him what would happen after this. But she can’t, cos their parents are around. And then he spoke, ‘you take good care, errr…don’t know when will see you again, if we’re really meant for each other, we’ll be together’ Haili was speechless at that time!…she cried!!…she cried so much til nothing come out from her mouth. So both of them went off, separately.
She cried for almost 2weeks…no call,email nothing! From her boyfriend for 2weeks..then she receive a call from a friend who recommended her a job in France.’What the heck! I’ll go for it, since he doesn’t want me’ she explained. Just 5days before she leave for her new job in France, on that evening after the final gathering with some friends, she went home. As she enters her front porch, she saw shoes infront of the entrance. She heard few familiar voices. Something like Bahasa Indon. She opened the door, to her shock!, there was her boyfriend’s parents. They purposely flew here to ask for the hand of marriage.(is their tradition) She cried again, shocked & cried, tears of joy…their parents knew along *smiles*…she call him, he was in the hotel, waiting for the good news. She asked, ‘why did you leave me like that, did you know I cried for almost 2weeks!…you so mean!!!…I cried because of you!!…why so mean! Why never call!’ so many why’s…then you know what her husband said?????….’I was acting all along, I want to keep you in suspend, finally I can marry you’ *laughs*…she cursed! ‘BABI’!!!…HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA…
Really…suspend…gals if you’re reading this, you probably *AWWWWWWWW* so sweet!! Yup, just like me….for guys, you probably said ‘STUPID!!!…if I were her & get to work in France, I’LL GO!! Well, I’m not simply say, cos couple of my male colleagues actually said that. *laughs*…
Now Haili married, with 2boys… this is what I call, happy ending. She got the most romantic husband..who always initiate to give surprises on her bday, valentines day & surprise lunch appointment. How blessed…
