Week 45-Shower of blessings

River mentality
Last week is all about giving…God gave his son for us all…& I never outgive God. Bless my granny with lotsa $cash$... Bought a chair for church…wanted to get 2 chairs but can’t afford it now…Francis said something interesting on sun;

Francis: so you bought a chair for yourself? Your husband leh??
Me: I give the chair for my husband la…
Francis: Then we you sit? Stand beside him?
Me: errr…???
Francis: Nevermind!!...he sit on the chair you sit on him lap la…HAHAHAHA…(kinky laughter)
Me & Jono: LOL!!

I was encourage by his giving out his 1st fruit to pastor…the spirit of giving really set us free & we feel great after we bless. Thank God for the river mentality not pie mentality. (those who attended kingdom grace, you know what I’m talking about *wink*) Pastor Carey message on tithing really encourage me to give more… so I increase my tithe this month. *crossing fingers* BELIEVE that God will bless me more more more abundance! Double Fulfilment!...Expect good things from Him!...It’s coming! I see it!...Shower of blessings!! *joy*

Pressure…
I got this pressure from my family nowadays about my future…*sigh*

From mom
Mom: When are you gonna find ‘paktoh’?
Me: Mie..i’m not worried la…why you?
Mom: How old are you now? Not scare you be ‘lou gu poh’?
Me: Aiya…you think you’ll get what you want now meh?...time will tell.Don’t worry, I’m still young, mie
Mom: Look at cousin…(bla bla bla…mom’s talking about so & so got married & have many children)

From Granny
One day was on the phone with a friend, laughing & having a long talk on the phone. After the talk,
Granny: Talking to your boyfren?
Me: No boyfren la..just fren..
Granny: Why not a boyfren??...Duwan ‘paktoh’?
Me: Not to say I duwan…nobody wans me (jokingly)
Granny: Hah!! Nobody wans my grand daughther??..you must be kidding..you high standard ar? I tell you, you won’t find a man in the church (referring to VYS) cos all so young..
Me: Nope no high standard…duwan to have relationship now 1st..let it come naturally..understand or not ,poh??
Granny: I wan to great grand children.
Me: *speechless for a while & ignore her statement*

From Dad
Dad actually given me a hint …indirectly…
Aunty: Why don’t you serve your dad tea?...why serve us only?
Me: You all are our guest ma…samore dunno dad wanna drink or not.
Dad: Why serve me tea? She’s not married YET…
Me: *glup*
Aunties & Uncles: Got the hint or not Ah Leng Leng??

Aunty Lily & Uncle Steven
Uncle: it is time la, ah leng…duwan to have boyfren?
Me: I want to enjoy my single life 1st..then while having fun, maybe on the way can meet someone new la…
Aunty: You must learn to cook then only married ar…learn from me or popo…
Me: Sure…but I wanna learn from mother in grace..bonding..
All: (LOL)…

See??...friends I appreciate you for not pressuring me…I’ve been avoiding this issue for the past 3months…so thanks for the encouragement & God will provide a good, fearful heart for God & loving man for me…so don’t NAG!! *phew*
