Week 31-The Rollercoaster ride...

Been through the ups and downs lately…sigh…but thank God most of it is good. It is so encouraging that every time I feel down, He spoke to me. It is so easy for me to just lift up all my frus to God. I’m glad He’s around me all the while, and sometimes I/we don’t even notice it. Well here are the recap of the rollercoaster ride…

The Ups…
He grant my heart desire
I manage to attend the all night prayer on Friday night. I wanted to pray and to spend quality time worshiping. But I was so caught up with work and such a slim chances to go for it. But praise God I manage to finish all my work by 4pm. No need OT!! Yea!

Worship leading
Replace Mel who can make it on sat. And ended up leading also to replace Angie. What a privilege to sing and be part of the main band. And of cors the great worship leaders (sifu) like Andrew & Angie. Thanks for your help la.. really…I still feel nervous, though I don’t really show it. I remain calm. Praise God for great musicians & singers!...I did well…(I hope)

Tips for hairstyling
Thanks to Andrew.C & James.Y!!...well they did give me some tips to gel my hair. James’s advice is to use gel instead of wax…Andrew’s advice is to use wax first then followed by mud/clay. Wow…complicating!!...can’t believe a gal actually asking guys for beauty tips. Well just for hair…I’m very particular about my crown. I wanna look great in short hair, and majority people said I look great in short hair but not long. Hmmm…

I’m glad Alex came for the VYS. He’s a new comer from Klang. Well I hope he’ll join Geri’s care grp or mine on Saturday. I got many positive feedbacks from him about the youth service. (good)…He’s not under my care, but just let church to assign people to take care of him.

Jazz & Rhythm Festival 2005.
Had a great time in Plaza Mon’t Kiara. Great performance by Uncle Jose & his band. Jon was great!!... Great singer too!!...love her voice!... and of cors we have a lil story to listen during the break. I’m the story teller. Lol!!... Thanks for everyone for the advice & thanks for listening. Just remember to keep it to yourself. *smile*..(Angie! Is great to hang out with you again!, you should come hang out more often with us)….hehe…

2780gram of ice cream, Mission Accomplished!
Is 31st!! is 31st!!!....been waiting for it since may!... Went to the nearest Baskin Robbins and bought 2780 gram of ice cream!!...1380 gram of Cookies & Cream! (the best), 700gram of Mint choco chips & 700gram of Rum & Raisins. Head to office after that and store it in the freezer. Attention to all Baskin Robbins lovers : Next month 31% discount will not be only on 31st but starting on 29th, 30th. Cool huh!!...

CSI:Grand finale
Watched the repeat yesterday at 12pm…manage to reach home & watch it. 2 thumbs up for this 2hours of exciting show!!...great director, whoever he is. I thought Nick is gonna die by shooting himself. The worse part of all during his moment in the transparent coffin & bitten by fire ants!!...poor guy. A lil bit of emotion effected…I almost cry when Nick trying to shoot himself, he cried when he saw his friends/his working mates. Good show!!...I’m craving for the next season!

The Downs…
I got sore throat again!!...sigh…
